Megan Murphy, BS

Megan Murphy is a dietitian who provides nutrition assessment, counseling and education for mostly pediatric patients with various gastrointestinal conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease, food allergies and celiac disease. She also works with patients who have other medical conditions that require close nutritional management, such as growth problems or obesity, as well as with patients who need long-term nutritional support. She educates her patients and their families on everything from label reading to meal planning.

After earning her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics at Arizona State University, Murphy completed a dietetic internship at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is a certified specialist in pediatric nutrition and a member of the Council for Pediatric Nutrition Professionals and North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.
